Recovery is more than waiting for pain to go
Pain, weakness or recurring injuries can be linked to how your nervous system, muscles and joints work together. Gheum assesses those connections to find weakness, poor control or inefficient movement, then builds a programme around you, not a standard sheet of exercises.
Qualifications
Gheum holds a BSc and a Master's degree in Biokinetics.
What Gheum helps with
You can book with Gheum through the clinic, or contact him directly on 07471 313505.

- Recurring injuries and movement difficulties.
Neural and movement assessment
A muscle can be strong in isolation but fail to switch on properly when you walk or run. Gheum looks at coordination, muscle activation, balance, reflexes and joint control to explain why an area still feels weak, unstable or painful after the original injury has healed.
Working with Iain
Iain focuses on podiatry, foot function and the biomechanical causes of pain. Gheum rebuilds strength, control and confidence. Gheum sees some patients at our Reigate clinic, and Iain may refer you to him when rehabilitation would help.
