Routine foot care and chiropody

The appointments people often put off: nail cutting, thickened nails, hard skin, cracked heels and corns. Our Foot Health Practitioner, Sapir Kulla, offers thorough, unhurried routine care. Appointments are £50.

What's included

  • Nail cutting and filing, including difficult-to-manage nails.
  • Thickened nail reduction.
  • Corn and callus reduction.
  • Cracked heel care, skin care and moisturising.
  • Pressure relief padding and offloading.
  • A foot health check and pressure point assessment.
  • Footwear and self-care advice.

Why routine care matters

Feet are easy to neglect, especially when bending down gets harder. Long nails, hard skin and cracked heels can cause more than discomfort, particularly for older people or anyone with diabetes or poor circulation.

A specialist practice behind you

Sapir works under Iain's guidance. If an appointment finds something that needs specialist attention, such as a nail condition, a biomechanical problem or something slowly getting worse, Iain will follow it up.

Sapir is a newly qualified Foot Health Practitioner.

Common questions

How often should I come?
It depends on how quickly your nails and skin grow. Sapir will suggest a routine that suits you.
Can you see people with diabetes?
Yes. Routine care and regular checks are especially important if you have diabetes. Let us know about your health when you book.
